I would advise a disciplined lifestyle which involves food, activity, sleep and spiritual levels. If the food we advise them to take food in regular intervals, take a normal amount of food, not to eat in the binge and eat early in the night times. In the activity we advise them social activity which will increase the hope and optimism in the patients and physical activity like swimming and jogging or going to the gym or any other outdoor games which reduces the BMI and also it keeps the body fit and psychological activity or indulging in different hobbies or doing what they are passionate about. It increases the confidence, hope and optimism and spiritual like believing in the supreme and all this will maintain the circadian rhythm in the women which will keep them fit and healthy.
